  The company's board considers the quality of products and performances as a total management task. It ascertains yearly measurable aims, oblige the affected areas to comply with and publicize the goals.
  The evidence of quality aims fulfillment is benchmark for realization of TMS quality policy.
• Benchmark for TMS quality is defined by customers, market requirements and status of technical development. Customers' positive assessment is our primary goal.
• Quality is assured by continuous product and process improvement, because TMS want to contribute to the status of technique by TMS products and performances.
• Company's most important potentials are the employees, because company's success can only be assured due to their creativity, flexibility as well as their preparedness for performance and responsibility.
• Our suppliers are involved in the production and performance process, as the quality of TMS products and performances depends with a significant proportion on the quality of purchased parts, components and performances.

Environment:

• TMS obliges itself to comply with all relevant environmental rules and to an adequate continuous improvement of environmental protection.
• The TMS responsibility for environment is expressed by a resource saving conception and design layout of lines; goal is customers' facility with optimal exploration of energy.
• To avoid possible defects and their environmental impacts we are processing an active risk management.
• The compliance of customers' environmental rules we take for a granted obligation; our suppliers are involved in our environmental management.

Health & Safety:

• Safety at each workplace is a basic condition, whose compliance is verified with defined periodical checks. These supervisions are valid for TMS employees as well as for sub-contractors and customers' staff regarding their work in TMS lines.
• All managers are obliged to supervise the compliance of health & safety rules in home office and at customer site.
• Suppliers have to be involved into TMS health & safety system.
